This posing seminar is for NPC/IFBB/2Bros Style Bikini & Wellness Athletes ONLY but all levels re invited. Beginner or Advanced

The seminar is 1pm-4pm (3 hour seminar)

Location: Pineapple Studios, 7 Langley St, London WC2H 9JA, United Kingdom 

This seminar will have talks about mindset of stepping on stage, posing criteria for bikini/wellness & of course posing practice with Olympia level bikini athletes so make sure you don’t miss out!
