This posing seminar is for NPC/IFBB Bikini Athletes ONLY.

The seminar is 11am-4pm (5 hour seminar)

Location: Studio 25 Manchester, 25 Church St, Manchester M4 1PE

This seminar will have talks about mindset of stepping on stage, posing criteria for bikini, live Q&A, guest speakers & of course Posing practice with the posing portal creator Phoebe Hagan &  so make sure you don’t miss out!
