Phoebe Hagan is a 26 years old IFBB Pro bikini athlete who started competing in bodybuilding the year of 2016 & has loved the sport ever since. She won her IFBB Pro card in 2018 in Spain, Alicante & the journey to becoming pro started there
She has competed in over 30+ shows to date, all over the world from The United States to Europe & more. As she started competing more, her passion for posing grew. Phoebe was never a confident person but something about bodybuilding brought out the confident side to her. She started studying the art of posing by going to seminars, practicing at every moment she got until she got her routine’s perfect
She started offering posing sessions in 2017 & became very popular in the United Kingdom. As time went on, she started offering posing seminars which would quickly sell out in a matter of days. Phoebe is now the United Kingdom’s & worldwide one of the most recognised/recommended posing coaches across multiple federations
She is also an offical NPC 2 Bro’s Pro recommended Posing Coach
The reason Phoebe is so highly recommended as a posing coach is because of her self-confidence on stage & knowledge of the bodybuilding world. She has 6+ years worth of experience on stage & 4 years of teaching women how to pose. Her biggest achievement is winning the first ever Arnolds Classic in the United Kingdom & got an invite to the biggest bodybuilding show in the world, Mr Olympia

Direct messaging
Got a question about posing? You can message your posing coach directly via your private messaging dashboard in the Members’ Area.
Notifications
The Members’ Area makes it easy to see when you’ve got a message reply. You will receive an email, and on your members home, you will see a notification. It’s all available on your phone or desktop.
