Phoebe Hagan is a 26 years old IFBB Pro bikini athlete who started competing in bodybuilding the year of 2016 & has loved the sport ever since. She won her IFBB Pro card on 2018 in Spain, Alicante & the journey to becoming pro started there

She has competed in over 30+ shows to date, all over the world from The United States to Europe & more. As she started competing more, her passion for posing grew. Phoebe was never a confident person but something about bodybuilding brought out the confidence side to her. She started studying the art of posing by going to seminars, practicing at every moment she got until she got her routine’s perfect

She started offering posing sessions in 2017 & became very popular in the Untied Kingdom. As time went on, she started offering posing seminars which would quickly sell out in a matter of days. Phoebe is now the United Kingdom’s & worldwide one of the most recognised/recommended posing coaches across multiple federations

Hi! My name is Beatriz Biscaia and I’m a 20 year old girl who decided to build a new dream and chase it, at the age of 16. I was 16 years old when I started competing and, after the first show I did, I just couldn’t stop. Five weeks later, I was doing my first international show, then another one, then another one. At 17, I won my Pro Card (after so many attempts) in Italy and, two weeks later, I got my very first Pro Win, also in Italy.
It’s known that posing is not easy, and I felt it since the beginning of my journey. In 2017, the Bikini division was, already, a popular one in Bodybuilding. Unfortunately, there was NO information about posing, about what the division asks for, about every little detail we need to check before stepping on stage, and it made our journey way harder (not in a bad way) than what we have nowadays. We’d fail much more with the stage walking, the transitions, the tan, the makeup, the hair. We’d mess it up way easier than now, that we have websites to inform us and make us GROW as athletes.  Posing is way more than just standard posing: it’s, as I’ve always said, our personality put into steps and movements. It’s our soul, our sweat, our heartbeats expressed in every single detail of our routine. The more of you in your routine, the more VALUABLE is this sport going to be. Because every appearance, every amateur, every pro, every show, is part of the Bodybuilding history. All of what I mentioned, when combined with knowledge and experience, equals amazing routines, amazing showings, amazing memories.
