All coaches mainly teach IFBB/NPC style posing, but also offers posing coaching for other federations that require Quarter Turns, T-Walks, I-Walks and similar. If you’re unsure, get in touch and ask.

There’s no better way to start than here! The Posing Portal has tons of videos to teach you the poses before you even get started. It will fast-track you through the learning phase and make it easier than you imagine.

The Starter Block of videos demonstrates all the poses you need to know for stage. Then we add new videos every 10-12 days with tips on how to get better at posing. You have access to all of them.
