Rhea began her journey into bodybuilding after retiring from a successful career as an elite-level gymnast & diving, where she represented Great Britain on the international stage. Her transition into the world of bodybuilding was seamless—fuelled by discipline, body awareness, and a passion for performance. She earned her IFBB Pro Card in 2018 & ever since has had a dominant season in the figure category, winning multiple Pro shows, attending the Mr Olympia every year since 2019 and broke Top 5 in the biggest bodybuilding stage in the world in 2024
